Our History

Our maple syrup producers may create the same delicious pure maple syrup, but their history and techniques are unique to each one.  From small to large farms, and traditional to contemporary methods, there is something exciting for you to see and learn.  Some producers barrel-age their syrups or infuse them with fruits and spices.  Some even expand beyond maple to hickory and birch syrups.  What will you discover on the trail?
